The Municipality of Eiði welcomes you to go for a walk in the beautiful nature around the village Eiði.
Enjoy the tranquillity and breathe the fresh air. Go for a walk north of the village and get a view of the Giant and Hag or take a walk around the lake and enjoy the piece in the beatifull nature. The nature around Eiði is exceptional to walk in
because there is no need to go far to experience outstanding and unspoilt nature. In addition,
many interesting places connected to history and tradition can be seen on the routes. The walks to the "Breiðasand"
are not along village paths, but along footpaths, whereas the walk to the viewpoint of the Giant and Hag follows the road to "Gjógv".
